About the Event

The UNC Real Estate Conference is hosted annually by the Leonard W. Wood Center for Real Estate Studies and brings together industry leaders, students, faculty and alumni for a lively discussion of current commercial real estate trends. Held in the iconic Dean E. Smith Center, conference attendees have the unique opportunity to network with real estate professionals from top companies, hear from thoughtful speakers  and enjoy a great time in Chapel Hill. Made possible thorough the generosity of corporate sponsors, this event funds many of the programs offered by the Wood Center to prepare the next generation of commercial real estate professionals.
